We celebrated Nathan's birthday with our family on Monday night with a fun barbeque. Nathan requested hot dogs, chips and fresh peaches - so we had a tasty (and easy) meal! He chose pirate plates and asked me to make a pirate ship cake. It was quite simple and we were all pleased with the results! After everyone left, Nathan gave me a hug and said, "It was my night, wasn't it, Mommy?" After waiting through all of the other birthdays, it was finally his turn. He was thrilled!
Nathan had plenty of help from Zachary when opening his gifts!
He loves his new Detroit Tigers cap!
With the candles serving as cannons on each side of the "ship," Nathan got to blow out two sets of candles!
