Game Day!

Lately our Saturday mornings are filled with t-ball and baseball games. Nathan's favorite part of playing t-ball is batting and eating the snacks afterwards. He could care less about fielding and spends most of the time throwing his glove in the air and playing with the grass. As you can see from the pictures, t-ball is a family sport. The field is full of parents! And when our team is batting, there is a parent on each base, directing traffic. It's quite entertaining, really!

Nathan stands on first base, waiting for the next batter to hit the ball.
Sometimes this requires a lot of patience!

Nathan runs to second base, straight to Daddy!

Beth's baseball games are a lot of fun! She loves going to practice and especially enjoys having that special time "just with Daddy." She has become a good hitter and is learning some fielding fundamentals. Mostly, though, she is having fun and making new friends. That's what it's all about!

I love his giant hat. Good thing Phil is calling to him! How can he see where he is running? :)

Congrats on the fingers, I'll share this good news with Amy.

Love, Jen
