We celebrated Nathan's third birthday this morning. Grandpa and Grandma Tos, Uncle Ryan , Aunt Angie, Zachary and Ainsley joined us and we have a great time. The kids decorated visors with ocean animals and we snacked on fresh fruit and muffins. Of course, the highlight for any three year old is opening presents. Nathan was excited about them! He has been busy riding his new scooter and playing with some new toys. 
Nathan sat quietly and listened as we sang "Happy Birthday" to him. Then he announced, "Thank you for singing the birthday song to me!" He is such a sweetie. He sat and played with the gummy shark on his piece of cake, then said, "I don't want to eat it. I sorry." And off he went to play!
After eating cake and playing here for awhile, we all headed to Ryan and Angie's house to swim. Beth worked on her diving (she's getting pretty good at it!) while Allie showed Grandma and Grandpa Tos her new swimming skills. We returned home with a very tired boy who promptly sat on Phil's lap and fell asleep. What could be better than that?
