Yes, it has been quite some time since I have blogged! Things have been busy over here - and much too hot for my taste! I am currently subbing in a kindergarten classroom (while the teacher recovers from surgery). So I haven't had the time, energy or inclination to post on the blog. Sorry! It has been fun to be in the classroom again and I am enjoying most of it. Of course, one of my students has the first confirmed case of the "swine flu" at CVC and four more kids went home sick on Friday. I'm hoping to stay healthy in the midst of it!
On a lighter note, the highlight of our day was bathing the dog! (That's how exciting things have been over here!) Spinner just stood there patiently in the tub while Phil washed him - as the rest of us looked on. He is such a good dog for us!
