We spent some time at Sutter's Fort on Thursday morning. They were doing "live history" demonstrations so we got to see people churning butter, baking bread, creating dolls out of cornhusks, and doing other activities. Nathan was enthralled by the animals skins and the gun room, which was filled with huge rifles!
