Grand Rapids

We spent a wonderful day with some special friends in Grand Rapids. Scott and Kristin and their family recently relocated to Michigan so that Scott can attend seminary there. It was fun to spend the day with them and to see their lovely home. We sure miss them here in Visalia!
We visited the Grand Rapids Children's Museum last Thursday. From 5-8 pm, admission is only one dollar! What a deal! It was a very impressive museum and the kids had a ball. The picture above is of Katie, Kamryn, Troy and our kids. They sure had fun together!

My sister's family arrived in Grand Rapids on Thursday afternoon and surprised us by joining us for a few hours at the museum. Nathan and Cara are busy in the music area here.

We lined up the cousins for a quick picture before leaving the museum. Cara was too tired after a long day of traveling to pose for a picture, but she did have fun at the museum. You can see the Chinese lanterns that Beth and Joshua made in the craft area.

Hi Teri,

This is a great museum! We went there with Ella and my sister when we visited GRap at Christmas. What a fun outing for your kids and their cousins.

Love, Jen
